Dentsu has announced that it will merge recently launched B2B agency Band Interprise into Gyro for coverage across the Asia-Pacific region. Band Interprise will now be re-branded as Gyro.
The new agency will be run by the current managing director of Band in APAC, Kieran Vye.

Gyro was named 2016 B2B agency of the year by Advertising Age. Dentsu bought Gyro last July.
