Singapore based design consultancy Consulus has entered into a partnership with Roop -an integrated advertising agency in Bangladesh- to help brands their build capacity for scalability and innovation as well as help them expand overseas.
“We continue to see potential in Bangladesh as there are many well-trained professionals and there is a wealth of cultural and artistic content that has not been harnessed for global branding and innovation,” Lawrence Chong, CEO at Consulus, said.
The partnership between Consulus and Roop was officially signed on March 31st, 2016 at The National Design Centre. Mr Lawrence Chong, Chief Executive Officer of Consulus and Mr Yusuf Hasan, Chief Executive Officer of Roop represented both companies. The DesignSingapore Council’s Executive Director, Mr Jeffrey Ho was the Guest-of-honour at the event.
Through the approach of combining business, organisation and design, Bangladesh companies will be able to redesign their business and organisational models and design new products and customer experiences to shape the future.
“For the past 25 years, Roop has created hundreds of logos and brand designs. It’s time to bring our branding experiences to the world in a bigger way. I see potential in partnering with Consulus, in sharing their in-depth Asian knowledge in creating the right experiences for our brand,” Yusuf Hasan, CEO at Roop, said.
The methodologies of business design developed by Consulus has already been applied in businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations in 18 cities throughout Asia for more than a decade.
