WPP and Millward Brown has released their annual BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Chinese Brands report. The ranking is designed to show how brand value drives China’s largest  businesses.

This year marks a milestone for Chinese brands as it is the first time that tech brands registered higher brand value than financial institutions –a sign of a maturing Chinese economy that is becoming increasingly diversified.
