Carlsberg wants you to enjoy your work –truly. To that end the beermaker has launched a campaign in Singapore for “the best job in the world”.
What is that job? It’s a cakewalk. Well, a beerdrink really. All you do is give up four hours of your time as a “beer taster” and a Carlsberg brand ambassador, and they’ll pay you Singapore $10,000 (US$7,000).
“Carlsberg doesn’t do meeting rooms, but we can offer you probably the best job in the world,” the job flyer reads on the Carlsberg microsite.
Applicants need need only explain why they’re the perfect candidate in 140 characters, and correctly answering questions the company’s advertising slogan and offering up your choice for a good name for a beer.
Qualifications? Zero industry experience, able to work an entire four hours, and “100% Carlsberg passion”.
