Burson-Marsteller Greater China Makes Three Executive Appointments

Good things come in threes? Let’s hope so for Burson-Marsteller who today announced the hiring of three new senior executives in the firm’s Greater China practice.

Elaine Chan joins as managing director of financial communications with Burson-Marsteller’s Hong Kong team, while Helen Huan takes the helm as managing director in Beijing.

Rounding out the three is Candice Yeo, who will serve as market leader for the Shanghai Burson-Marsteller office.


“We are thrilled to welcome Candice and Helen to our China leadership team,” said Daisy King, president of BM China and head of the agency’s US-China specialty group.

“With over 40 years of combined industry experience at top agency and in-house roles, they strengthen our bench in China significantly and provide a level of depth and expertise in some of our strongest disciplines and growth areas: technology, digital and brand marketing. We are very excited about the coming year.”

Burson-Marsteller’s Greater China group has had a strong 2015, with 30 percent growth in Chinese clients and digital work increase of more than 50 percent.
