Before you check off your “seen it all” box for today, first check out Burger King’s fabulous new print ad campaign. You ain’t seen nothing like this before.
Put together by David Miami, the ads celebrate the brand’s iconic charbroiled process by showing real 911 emergency scene photos of actual BK restaurants getting charbroiled themselves.
The underlying data point behind the campaign is the little-known fact that Burger King has had the highest number fires of any fast-food chain since it was founded in 1954.
So there.
The blazing restaurants are from Oregon, Italy, and Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania blaze was so recent, it just reopened last November.
Perhaps equally impressive is resisting Photoshopping Ronald McDonald somewhere discreetly in the background holding a can of gas and a Zippo.
