The Boomerang Awards 2026, a Philippines-based awards show for digital innovation, has revealed its five Jury Presidents as it opens its first call for entries from across Southeast Asia.
This year’s Jury Presidents are:
- Geia Lopez, Head of Creative and Creator Partnerships, Google Southeast Asia — Jury President for Innovation in Digital Experience
- Theresa Ong, Head of Creative Shop for ANZ, India & Southeast Asia, Meta — Jury President for Innovation in Digital Media
- VJ Anand, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Ballsy — Jury President for Innovation in Digital Entertainment
- Erik Reiff, Founding Partner & Chief Creative Officer, Black Cat White Cat — Jury President for Innovation in Digital Craft
- Rey Tiempo, Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Co-Op Play — Jury President for Innovation in Specializations
For 2026, the Boomerang Awards expands beyond the Philippines to accept work from across Southeast Asia.
The awards has also partnered with The One Club for Creativity, an organization focused on advertising, design and creative innovation. The Boomerang Awards 2026 judging portal is powered by The One Club, which is providing its judging technology and infrastructure.
The Boomerang Awards 2026 introduces an expanded two-year eligibility period. Eligible work must have launched or run in Southeast Asia territories between May 1, 2024 and June 30, 2026.
This year’s theme is INTERPLAY: Digital Innovation Playground for Southeast Asia.
Entries remain open to agencies, brands, production partners, technology companies, creators and innovators from across Southeast Asia.
