Bastion has announced the appointment of Nicole Speers as Chief People Officer, reporting to Group CEO Cheuk Chiang. Speers is a senior people and culture leader with more than 20 years’ experience across HR strategy, organizational transformation and leadership development. She has led enterprise-wide people functions and delivered large-scale transformation programs across organizations.
Speers will focus on leading the people agenda across Bastion globally.
Most recently, Speers was Chief People Officer at Adore Beauty Group, where she led people strategy and organizational development. Prior to this, she held senior HR leadership roles at Meridian, Powershop and Telstra, partnering with executive teams and leading transformation across corporate functions.
