Aspire has launched an out-of-home brand campaign in Hong Kong, appearing on trams, buses, MTR stations and digital billboards with the message “Make every dollar count.”
Inspired by Hong Kong’s love of food, the campaign uses food-led creatives to show how fees “take a bite out of” every payment, according to the company.
The campaign is running across trams, buses, more than 20 MTR stations and digital out-of-home screens. It is part of Aspire’s continued investment in the market following two years of growth. According to Aspire, the company has grown 3.3x since entering Hong Kong.
“For too long, businesses have been told that fees are simply the cost of doing business. We think it’s time to challenge that assumption,” said Andrea Baronchelli, Co-founder and CEO of Aspire.
Javier Valero, Country Head, Hong Kong at Aspire added: “This campaign shines a spotlight on those hidden costs in a way that’s uniquely Hong Kong. If it prompts more businesses to question why they’re paying fees in the first place, we’ve achieved what we set out to do.”
