Publicis Groupe has appointed Anna Chitty as Chief Executive Officer of Starcom China. Chitty will take responsibility for management and operations of Starcom in China, with the goal of creating innovative client communication strategies to drive their business growth. She will take the helm in March.
Chitty has over 27 years’ experience in the communications industry in key markets including China, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, spending the most recent 14 years of her career in China. Before joining Starcom, she led PHD China as CEO. Her previous experience included key management positions across Omnicom Media Group in China and the USA, working with clients such as Unilever, Volkswagen, Huawei, TikTok International, HSBC, and HP.
She has been awarded multiple Agency of the Year honors, along with recognition as Campaign Magazine’s Planner of the Year, Women to Watch and Campaign Asia’s Women Leading Change Awards.
