AdWork and Narendra now Merged Under Havas Worldwide

A recent move by CEOs of both AdWork and Narendra has brought about a fully integrated creative and digital agency, Havas Worldwide Jakarta. Under the global Havas Worldwide banner, both agencies aim to bring their specialist disciplines and expertise literally under one roof.

This merger marks the next step of collaboration for Havas Adwork, which is an above-the-line advertising, and Havas Worldwide/Narendra, the below the-line promotion.

The CEO for Havas Worldwide Jakarta will be Matt Wiggers and working with him will be Mario Sugianto, the new CFO and Amalia Prabowo, who is the Chairwoman. Combined investments, even after the merger, will continue with Havas Media in terms of data, CRM and digital solutions. Building expertise for FieldForce and Promo Activation, to name a few, will be an on-going commitment and investment.
