According to a new campaign from Australian telco Belong, the average Australian is estimated to scroll the height of Everest on their phone every month. That’s a lot of scrolling.
To highlight their carbon-neutral mobile and internet plans, the brand is inviting Australians to ‘scroll good’ with a new brand campaign, via Howatson+Company.
The spot, titled ‘Thummit’, follows the story of an intrepid human thumb battling the elements as it scales Mt. Everest.
The spot, which was directed by Peter Martin of Hooves with VFX by Heckler, shows “Thummie” going up against all kinds of obstacles on the way to the summit.
