ADSKOM Raises Seed Round Funding for SE Asia Expansion

Singapore-based advertising startup ADSKOM has raised S$1.06 million (US$850K) as part of a seed-round funding with an eye towards funding the development of a new data management platform as well as financing is planned expansion into  Indonesian, Thai and Malaysian markets.

The funding came from high-profile investors Digital Garage, East Ventures, Beenos Plaza and Skystar Capital.

ADSKOM  launched in April 2013 and is the first company to develop and build a programmatic platform customized for the ASEAN market. Adskom is planning a Series A funding round in early 2015.

 
 

“Digital advertising in Asia today is at an inflection point, with marketers and advertisers turning to programmatic advertising to shape their strategies, as well as evaluate campaigns. With this new funding we will expand our programmatic advertising solutions in Indonesia and other markets in Southeast Asia and build our next-generation platforms focused on data management,” said Italo Gani, CEO of Adskom.
